Prvi pet j.d.o.o. as well as INFAMOUS internet store is a partner of courier services DHL International d.o.o. , GLS Croatia d.o.o. and DPD Croatia d.o.o. (hereinafter courier service) that collect and deliver packages to the destination every working day from Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday, holidays and public holidays do not count as a working day. Exceptionally, shipments and packages can be delivered on Saturdays via HP Express (Croatian Post) if it is a destination where courier services do not deliver (some islands/regions/cities), are outside the scope of courier services. If the customer requests the HP Express service, due to the urgency of delivery on Saturday, it is calculated according to the valid price list of the Croatian Post, and the HP Express service must be arranged directly via e-mail email@example.com

SHIPMENT OF GOODS
The ordered goods are prepared for shipment after the Infamous online store receives a successfully executed order, regardless of the method of payment. All goods you have ordered are prepared for shipment by each working day from Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 14.00. Orders received by 1pm are shipped the same day unless for any reason an error occurs or the goods are not available in stock at that time. The package can also contain marketing materials such as product catalogs, flyers, promotional coupon codes, etc.
When packing, after the entire order is completed, all items are photographed before closing the package so that we have proof that you ordered the items in the package. This is one of the standards we have introduced to protect both ourselves and you in case an error occurs.
Packages that are completed and ready for shipment are picked up by courier staff (GLS Croatia d.o.o., DHL International d.o.o. or DPD Croatia d.o.o.) who further carry out the shipment process to the destination according to their business rules.
The delivery time of the package may depend on the situation due to which the Infamous online store cannot bear full responsibility, but in principle the delivery time of the package takes from 24 hours to 3 working days, unless it is delivery to the islands, then the delivery time can be extended to 7 days from the moment of dispatch.

The delivery price depends on the value of the ordered goods.
The price includes collection of ordered products, packaging and delivery to the specified address.
The delivery price is visible during the electronic conclusion of the order and is clearly indicated on the invoice.
The price range ranges from unpaid delivery to unpaid delivery of HRK 37.50.
For purchase invoice amounts up to HRK 299.99, the delivery price is HRK 37.50, and for purchase invoice amounts of HRK 300.00 for more deliveries, no delivery is charged.
